Terms of Service

The agreement between TruHub Solutions and organisations using TruHub Origin.

1. The service

TruHub Origin is operated by TruHub Solutions. The platform records a one-way SHA-256 fingerprint of an asset you submit, issues a serialised certificate of digital origin, and publishes a verification record that third parties can check.

The registry records what you declared and when you declared it. It does not adjudicate ownership, grant intellectual property rights, or replace registration with a statutory authority.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for the security of the credentials used to access your workspace.

Workspace roles (owner, manager, viewer) govern who can register origins, issue certificates and move records between parties. Administrators may review platform-wide audit history.

3. Acceptable use

You may not register assets you have no lawful claim to, submit unlawful content, attempt to falsify audit history, or interfere with verification for other customers.

We may suspend a workspace or revoke a certificate where we have reasonable grounds to believe a record is fraudulent.

4. Certificates and verification

Certificates remain publicly verifiable while the record is active. A revoked certificate remains resolvable and is clearly reported as revoked — records are never silently deleted.

Verification is offered without charge and without authentication so that trust does not depend on holding an account with us.

5. Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
